Victim Impact Panel 

DUI is a serious offense that can have unintended and tragic impacts on our society. As part of sentencing in DUI cases, the driver/defendant must complete certain courses designed to reduce future recidivism, including the Alcohol Safety Education Course and Victim Impact Panel.

The Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) Victim Impact Panel is an awareness program for persons convicted of DUI. The panel consists of a non-confrontational presentation consisting of crime victims telling their own personal stories of how impaired drivers have forever changed their lives. The MADD VIP course can now be completed online at www.maddvip.org in approximately 2 hours. A certificate will be emailed upon completion of the program. The certificate must be provided to probation before a driver/defendant can have their court-ordered supervision successfully terminated.
